Dedicated Cover Corporate Receptionist - London

Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Location: 3 days at a permanent client site, 2 days with our Rapport Mobile Receptionist Team

We are seeking a Dedicated Cover Corporate Receptionist to join Rapport's award-winning Front of House team at one of our most prestigious client sites in London. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional welcome experience to clients, guests, and visitors, consistently adhering to Rapport standards.
  • Ensure seamless arrival journeys using engagement, attention to detail, and innovation.
  • Handle enquiries and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in person.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and other guest needs.
  • Support event preparation and registration desks as required, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Maintain awareness of building facilities to appropriately direct guests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to achieve a unified, high-quality service.
About You
