As part of a considered focus on inward investment, our client seeks to strengthen their Birmingham corporate team with the appointment of a high-profile corporate partner. This role would suit an experienced corporate partner already practising in the Midlands and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London. This is a key appointment for the firm, central to the firm's strategic objectives.
As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on complex, high value corporate transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to win quality work from and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the corporate team is of particular interest to the firm's management team.
