Corporate Finance Director/Partner

Would you like to work within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm, going through an exciting journey of expansion?

Our client is a small but extremely successful, very well-organized Corporate Finance House that has seen year-on-year growth in deal activity. For this reason, they are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Director or potentially a direct entry Partner to take a lead in the growth of a new Birmingham office.

They are seeking dynamic Chartered Accountants (most likely but not essential) with several years of post-qualified experience in a deals environment, a developed network, and a demonstrable track record. Candidates should be looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in Birmingham. You will play a key role leading a team with a variety of advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advice.

The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, likely trained ACA within a large firm, and a proven track record in Corporate Finance, investing, or a related deals environment. Coming into a smaller organization, individuals should demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, with the ability and desire to actively participate in Birmingham and the wider Midlands markets, and be proven work-winners, especially at more senior levels.
