Corporate Tax Partner Designate
My client is a relationship-driven Top 60 regional firm who have grown by over 25% in the last 3 years and have better profitability than most firms in the UK (of any size). Their culture, values, and model for profitability are both attractive and refreshing and, with PE backing and the right growth recipe, have some amazing opportunities for future leaders.
As a result of both succession and growth, there is an opportunity for a corporate tax professional to join the team and work closely with the Corporate Tax Partner with a view to coming through to Partner in the short to medium term. You will be supported and mentored on all aspects of what it takes to become a Partner including the market piece, client relationships, technical and internal responsibilities.
They're continuing to grow the client base and provide a wide breadth of work including advising on transactions, restructuring, stamp duty, R&D, pattern box, capital allowance reviews, capital gains planning - affecting shareholders of owner-managed clients, share schemes, and valuations. Clients are in-bounds, owner-managed businesses, MBOs, and Not for Profit.
They offer a very flexible, hybrid working model with a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
