Our client, a successful and well-organized Corporate Finance House, has experienced consistent year-on-year growth in deal activity. They are now seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Director or potential direct-entry Partner to lead the development of a new Birmingham office.
They seek dynamic Chartered Accountants (most likely, but not essential) with several years of post-qualified experience in a deals environment, a developed network, and a proven track record. The role involves leading a team on various advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advice.
The ideal candidates will have an excellent academic background, likely trained ACA within a large firm, and substantial experience in Corporate Finance, investing, or a related Deals environment.
