Corporate Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, £75,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join a growing corporate team in Bristol. SKILLS REQUIRED

Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general company law. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
