We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to take part in Sisecam UK PLC located in London, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of directly related professional work experience
• British citizenship or approved work permit in UK is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Especially MS Excel skills) and SAP applications
• Ability to build internal and external partnerships
• Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
• Ability to communicate with 3rd party financial experts and regulatory bodies

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working in the process of determining the funding strategy, presenting the changes in the strategy and their implementation results
• Analyzing the financing/investment alternatives, managing them and supporting the decision-making process
• Monitoring the interest, commission and guarantee features of corporate finance transactions between companies
• Reviewing and approving the corporate finance processes carried out by regional corporate finance specialists
• Being responsible for front office, back office and middle office operations for bank loans, letters of credit/guarantee letters
• Managing employees, including recruitment, performance management and career development
• Being able to take initiative in projects and complete projects within budget and schedule, thus meeting corporate requirements by demonstrating strong project management skills
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards
