Job summary

Dickson O'Brien Associates Limited in Manchester is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join a well-established advisory team. The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of corporate finance transactions and hands-on experience in modelling and valuation.

You will support M&A delivery, prepare information memoranda, reports and presentations, conduct market research, and liaise with clients and professional advisers through each step of the deal process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or advisory environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and numerical skills.
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or working towards qualification, would be advantageous.

This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within Corporate Finance, gaining exposure to a range of transactions and working closely with experienced professionals.

The Role

Supporting the delivery of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Undertaking financial analysis, modelling and valuation work. Assisting with the preparation of information memoranda, reports and presentations. Supporting financial due diligence and transaction execution. About You

Experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or a similar advisory environment. Strong analytical, financial modelling and numerical skills. The ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings clearly. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or working towards qualification, would be advantageous.
