Job summary

Get Recruited group is seeking a commercially focused Corporate Finance Executive to join its expanding Manchester team. The role offers exposure to sell-side transactions, private equity-backed deals and business valuations, with a clear path to deal advisory expertise.

You will work under partners and senior managers, deliver high-quality financial models and information memoranda, and support client proposals and due diligence during multiple concurrent deals.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, transaction services, audit, accounts or related advisory environment.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and Excel skills.
• Commercially aware with a genuine interest in transactions and deal‑making.
• Able to interpret financial information and communicate findings clearly.
• Confident presenting information to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams and transaction deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a high‑performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Finance transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Work predominantly on sell‑side mandates, including transactions involving private equity.
• Assist senior team members with project delivery and transaction management.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, investors and professional advisers.
• Undertake company, transaction, market and sector research.
• Analyse financial information and identify key commercial trends.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analysis and supporting transaction materials.
• Draft information memoranda and other marketing documents.
• Contribute to client proposals, presentations and pitch meetings.
• Coordinate information requests and support the due diligence process.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance and the wider practice.
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An established and expanding Corporate Finance team is looking to appoint a commercially driven Corporate Finance Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant who wants to build a career in deal advisory. Previous Corporate Finance experience would be beneficial but is not essential, making the position equally suitable for a practice-trained accountant looking to move into transactions.

Working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Managers, you will gain hands‑on exposure to predominantly sell‑side transactions, private equity-backed deals, business valuations and wider strategic advisory projects.

ABOUT YOU
