Job summary

Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd is recruiting a commercially driven Corporate Finance Executive in Manchester. ACA/ACCA qualified candidates with a flair for deal advisory are invited to apply, with experience in Corporate Finance or related advisory advantageous.

You will work with Partners and Senior Managers on sell-side transactions, private equity-backed deals, valuations and strategic advisory projects, delivering across the deal lifecycle in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent is expected.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, transaction services, audit or advisory is desirable.
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Finance transactions from engagement to completion.
• Work on sell-side mandates, including private equity deals.
• Assist senior team with project delivery and transaction management.
• Build relationships with clients, investors and advisers.
• Undertake research on company, market and sector trends.

CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE

THE OPPORTUNITY

An established and expanding Corporate Finance team is looking to appoint a commercially driven Corporate Finance Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant who wants to build a career in deal advisory. Previous Corporate Finance experience would be beneficial but is not essential, making the position equally suitable for a practice-trained accountant looking to move into transactions.

Working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to predominantly sell-side transactions, private equity-backed deals, business valuations and wider strategic advisory projects.

THE COPRORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE ROLE

• Support Corporate Finance transactions from initial engagement through to completion.


• Work predominantly on sell-side mandates, including transactions involving private equity.


• Assist senior team members with project delivery and transaction management.


• Build strong working relationships with clients, investors and professional advisers.


• Undertake company, transaction, market and sector research.


• Analyse financial information and identify key commercial trends.


• Prepare financial models, valuation analysis and supporting transaction materials.


• Draft information memoranda and other marketing documents.


• Contribute to client proposals, presentations and pitch meetings.


• Coordinate information requests and support the due diligence process.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance and the wider practice.


• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the team.

ABOUT YOU

• ACA, ACCA or equivalently qualified.


• Experience gained within Corporate Finance, transaction services, audit, accounts or a related advisory environment.


• Previous Corporate Finance experience is advantageous but not essential.


• Strong financial analysis, modelling and Excel skills.


• Commercially aware with a genuine interest in transactions and deal-making.


• Able to interpret financial information and communicate findings clearly.


• Confident presenting information to clients and senior stakeholders.


• Strong written skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Capable of managing multiple workstreams and transaction deadlines.


• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a high-performing environment.
