Job summary

VWFS is offering an undergraduate placement in Milton Keynes within the Fleet Corporate Services team. You will support corporate fleet customers through quotations, orders and in-life queries, collaborating with Fleet Sales, Account Managers, retailers and suppliers to deliver excellent service and spot business opportunities.

This 12-13 month placement runs with a hybrid policy, requiring in-office presence three days per week, and is aimed at undergraduates who are on a degree with a

Responsibilities

• Support customers with quotations, orders, deliveries and in-life contract queries.
• Generate quotations, prepare sales proposals and progress signed orders within strict SLAs.
• Liaise with retailers, brands and multi-marque manufacturers to obtain customer quotations.
• Support bespoke customer requirements such as vehicle conversions, sign writing and non-standard products.
• Help manage customer dissatisfaction and end-of-contract disputes to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide reporting, rate books and tender documentation to support new business.
• Work with Fleet Sales and Account Management teams and attend customer-facing opportunities where appropriate.
• Review processes and identify potential improvements.

About The Role

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £23,915.49

Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our Fleet Corporate Services team as a Corporate Customer Success Undergraduate where you will support corporate fleet customers throughout the contract lifecycle, from quotations and orders through to in-life queries and end-of-contract activity. This is a customer-focused, fast-paced role where you will work with Fleet Sales, Account Managers, retailers, suppliers and wider VWFS teams to deliver great service and spot business opportunities.
