Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) in Milton Keynes is seeking two undergraduates for a Customer Experience placement. You will help shape the customer journey across digital content and insights, delivering value through collaboration and effective communication.

The 12-13 month FTC starts around June/July, with hybrid work (office 3 days/week). A strong interest in customer experience and marketing communications will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with excellent literacy and written communication

• Support new systems and processes that improve customer experience, including digital portal content and telephone journeys
• Monitor and maintain the customer chatbot, updating to improve effectiveness
• Coordinate quarterly updates to the retailer-facing renewals platform and gather customer feedback into actionable themes
• Present research and insights to support business initiatives and report CX activities

Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

We’re looking for two undergraduates to join our Customer & Product Transformation department as a Customer Experience Undergraduate. You will contribute across the customer journey and develop invaluable skills in digital content, customer insight, project delivery, collaboration, and communication. What will you be doing?

What our recruitment process looks like:

• You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
• If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
• If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
