Job summary

VWFS offers an undergraduate placement in Milton Keynes with a 12–13 month FTC starting June/July 2027. The role blends office time and on-site activities, supporting customer management, data analysis and tender responses.

You'll gain practical experience in fleet, mobility, and financial services while contributing to real business projects. You must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with a placement year, enjoy stakeholder engagement, and be prepared to relocate or commute from MK11 area

Responsibilities

• Support customer review meetings, account plans and presentations, ensuring actions and opportunities are progressed.
• Build understanding of assigned customers, fleet policies and business objectives.
• Support quotations, proposals, renewals, order processing and tender responses.
• Analyse customer fleet data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce customer reporting, rate books and presentation materials for account conversations.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity records within Salesforce and other systems.
• Support customer requirements across contract hire, EV transition, telematics and mobility solutions.

About The Role

Location: Milton Keynes

Closing Date: 30th September 2026

Salary: £23,915.49

Contract: 12-13months FTC Start dates are June/July 2027

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible for this placement.

Please consider before applying if you live more than 60 minutes away from post code MK15 8HG, that you would need to relocate to either Milton Keynes or be a commutable distance (within 60 minutes).

What will you be doing?
