TSR Legal in South Wales is seeking a Senior Solicitor to handle a broad corporate and commercial caseload, advising on mergers, acquisitions, contracts and governance. The role is hybrid, offering progression toward partnership.

You will draft and negotiate major agreements, manage complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and build strong client relationships within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record managing complex transactions and advising clients.
