TSR Legal in South Wales is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to manage a broad caseload across corporate and commercial matters. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and contracting for a diverse client base.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, oversee complex transactions, advise on governance and compliance, and mentor junior team members in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Our client is looking for a Solicitor to focus on a broad caseload of both corporate and commercial matters to meet their client’s needs and objectives. The firm is recognised within the Legal 500 across all practice areas including, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation.

Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join the team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in corporate/commercial to further their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law.
