Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Senior Associate to join its growing team in South Wales, Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will manage a varied caseload including mergers, acquisitions and commercial agreements, while drafting and negotiating key corporate documents.

You will advise on governance, restructuring and general commercial matters, developing client relationships and pursuing new business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial matters.
• Experience across corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements.
• Ability to manage transactions independently and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, and commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial contracts and other corporate documentation.
• Advise businesses on corporate governance, restructuring and general commercial matters.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to new business opportunities.
• Work closely with senior leadership and wider commercial teams.

Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
Location: South Wales / Cardiff and surrounding areas
PQE: Ideally 3+ years, although experience will be considered

About You

You'll ideally have at least 3 years' PQE with experience across Corporate and Commercial matters, although candidates with strong transferable experience are encouraged to apply.

You'll be confident managing transactions, advising clients and working both independently and collaboratively.
