TSR Legal are partnering with a leading South Wales law firm to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor at NQ-4 PQE. You will handle a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts, on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with corporate or commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and advising clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

The firm is recognised within the Legal 500 across all practice areas including, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation.

Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join the team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters.
