TSR Legal in Wiltshire is recruiting a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join an established practice. You will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial work for business owners, directors and companies, with autonomy and the chance to develop your own client base.

The role offers a varied caseload, with opportunities for cross-referral within the firm and long-term relationships with local and regional businesses. PQE 3–5 years and a competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise on company formation and corporate structures.
• Prepare partnership, directors', and shareholders' agreements.
• Handle business sales, purchases, mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide commercially focused advice to business owners and corporate clients.
• Develop client relationships and maximise cross-referral opportunities.
