Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor for its Cardiff office, seeking a candidate with 2+ PQE to advise on mergers, acquisitions, JVs and private equity, drafting articles of association, shareholders agreements and share purchase agreements.

You will join a growing Welsh corporate team, develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and support the firm’s expansion with high-quality, deadline-driven advice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in corporate law or equivalent.
• Strong drafting skills with ability to provide clear, commercially viable advice.
• Solid understanding of corporate law developments and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and technically proficient legal advice on a broad range of corporate transactions.

TSR Legalare currently assisting a boutique commercial firm based in Cardiff, as they look to expand their corporate team by recruiting a Corporate Solicitor into the Cardiff office, with a strong background in corporate matters. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in high-profile transactions while contributing to the growth of our national corporate practice in Wales.

About the Role:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic corporate team, advising clients on a variety of transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals. You will also be responsible for drafting key corporate documents, including articles of association, shareholders agreements, and share purchase agreements. In addition to handling complex transactions, you’ll actively participate in business development initiatives, helping to expand our presence in the Welsh market. We are seeking someone enthusiastic about growing a new team and office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and technically proficient legal advice on a broad range of corporate transactions.
