This role is internally known as Corporate Real Estate Building Surveyor. It offers an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Surveying Team at NFU Mutual, managing a portfolio of approximately 300 buildings across the UK, including Northern Ireland. You'll oversee the management, development, and maintenance of our property portfolio, ensuring compliance with business, contractual, and statutory requirements. The role involves traveling to various locations weekly, with travel arrangements supported by a company car or allowance. It is a hybrid role with 30% homeworking and 70% on-site work at regional offices or sites across the UK.
You should hold a Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and have a strong understanding of building construction, regulations, and processes. You should be comfortable with project management, contract administration, and building surveys, and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, candidates must have:
