Your new company
As a property & assets specialist, you will join a highly unique organisation responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 properties and land across England. The portfolio includes residential homes, office buildings, listed buildings, visitor centres, war bunkers, monuments, and more.
Your new role
As a building & assets professional, you will lead the development and delivery of a property compliance/building safety programme across the portfolio, focusing on asbestos management, fire safety, legionella control, and electrical safety. This role requires a detailed approach, strategic insight, data review, communication with regional teams, and producing costed schedules and programmes of work.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in compliance management and delivering planned works across a diverse estate is beneficial. A professional membership such as RICS, IWFM, or similar is required.
What you'll get in return
This is a contract position initially lasting 3-6 months, with potential for extension or permanent placement. Home working is available, with occasional visits across the estate.
