Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
• Ideally 2+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience of M&A and transactional work.
• Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on M&A and restructurings.
• Take ownership of complex matters and advise clients directly.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
