Qualifications

• Senior corporate lawyer with ability to lead, develop and grow a high performing team.
• Proven ability to generate and develop client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate transactions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to contribute to growth of a developing office.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Advising on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructures and shareholder arrangements.
• Driving business development and contributing to the strategic growth of the Bristol office.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Collaborating with colleagues across commercial, employment, real estate and disputes teams.
• Providing leadership, mentoring and support to junior lawyers.
• Ensuring high professional standards, compliance and quality of service.
