Corporate Associate (3-4 PQE) - Bristol

We are instructed on a superb opportunity for a talented Corporate Associate (3-4 PQE) to join a Top 100 national law firm and their Tier 1 Corporate team in Bristol.

You'll work on a wide range of high value corporate matters for an enviable client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, scale ups, private equity funds and international organisations. The work will span:

• M&A
• Venture capital
• Private equity investments
• Cross border transactions
• Joint ventures
• Corporate restructurings

You'll be joining a friendly, forward thinking team known for its commercial approach and high quality work. With Partners who bring extensive City experience, you'll gain exposure to complex transactions and excellent opportunities to develop your expertise.
