Chadwick Nott in Cheltenham is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join a leading UK Top 100 firm with a cross-border focus. The role offers hybrid working, exposure to high-value UK and international transactions, and a supportive, collaborative culture with partner access.
You will advise on M&A, private equity, restructures, and general corporate advisory work, with client contact from early on and clear progression opportunities within a friendly, down-to-earth team.
This opportunity is with a leading UK Top 100 law firm with a strong reputation across the Legal 500 and Chambers directories. Known for acting on complex domestic and international matters, the firm combines top-tier legal work with a collaborative and supportive culture. You'll find the quality of work often rivals that of larger City firms, while still offering a genuine work-life balance and approachable team environment.
Working closely with a well-established group of partners, you'll advise a broad range of clients throughout the business lifecycle, from ambitious entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses through to private equity investors, corporates and international organisations.
This is a varied role offering exposure to high-quality transactional work with a strong cross-border element. Much of the team's work involves international businesses and investors making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
From day one, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of matters, build client relationships and play an active role within the wider team.
We're keen to hear from Corporate Solicitors with around 2-4 years' PQE who are looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing yet down-to-earth environment.
Additional experience or interest in cross-border transactions, private equity work or the use of legal technology and AI tools would be welcomed, but is not essential.
