As part of our Corporate team, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional account servicing to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership.

How you'll make an impact
  • Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
  • Ensure customer details are accurately recorded and entered into the system promptly.
  • Obtain renewal terms, exploring options to provide the best solutions.
  • Prepare renewal closings and ensure cover is bound by renewal date.
  • Manage insurer and customer queries about policies.
  • Confirm cover, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation.
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting concerns.
  • Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal policies and insurance contracts.
About You
  • Experience with cross-class commercial/corporate products is ideal.
  • Knowledge of general commercial insurance.
  • Working towards or holding Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Cert CII/Dip CII preferred.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Proven target achievement within a regulated framework and SLA compliance.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and social skills.
  • Due diligence, process-driven, able to meet deadlines, and organized.
  • Highly accurate with attention to detail and initiative.
  • Proficient in Acturis.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
