Moneybox is seeking a Product Manager to join our Core Product Team, focusing on Payments and Transfers. You’ll shape how customers create, manage and execute payments and transfers, spanning discovery, requirements, delivery, and ongoing optimization.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Customer Support to deliver compliant, high-quality experiences and help customers feel more confident navigating their finances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management delivering digital customer experiences.
• Strong customer and product judgement to translate needs into features.
• Strong analytical capability using data and insight.
• Experience with Engineering and Design to define requirements and deliver.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Good judgement in regulated environments and risk awareness.
• High ownership with curiosity about pensions and long-term planning.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the Payments & Transfers roadmap linked to customer needs and business goals.
• Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems using data and context.
• Lead product discovery for new opportunities with risk and success measures.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Improve the Payments & Transfers experience and back-end systems.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Support.
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour to iterate improvements.
• Communicate priorities, progress, decisions, risks, and results clearly.
