Job summary

Monzo is seeking a senior Product Manager for Payments Platform to own complex, technical, financial infrastructure—ledgers, reconciliation, data controls and reporting—that underpins the bank.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance and Payments leaders to translate need states into scalable platform capabilities, define the roadmap, and balance urgent delivery with long‑term system health, in a UK-wide, flexible setup.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, technical, platform or financial systems.
• Ability to translate finance/regulatory needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Finance and Product teams.
