Job summary

JPMorganChase, within the Cards Platform team, seeks a Product Manager to translate customer needs into SaaS and API-driven solutions for fintech contexts. You will own customer journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive go-to-market and compliance activities.

You will work hands-on with customers to refine requirements, test APIs, and iterate on product delivery, balancing commercial goals with platform scalability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product management role building SaaS platforms in B2B businesses.
• Experience with platform/API products and related system design concepts.
• Experience with leading customer discovery efforts to understand user needs and decision processes.
• Domain knowledge in financial products such as card issuing, lending, banking as a service.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements banks are subjected to.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
• Curious and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on in day-to-day duties, including testing APIs and gathering customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of customers in product and API designs and lead a product development process.
• Own key customer journeys from engagement to post-launch operations.
• Represent the product internally and align execution across teams.
• Gather and write product requirements through cross-functional partnerships.
• Shape visions and goals to drive iterative delivery (OKRs).
• Develop and run Agile ceremonies with engineering leaders.
• Facilitate approvals, reviews, compliance checks, and go-to-market activities.
• Advocate for platform thinking, scalability and reusability while balancing milestones.
• Communicate progress and goals with senior leadership and stakeholders.
