Job summary

Onmo is building tools to give people confidence in managing money. We seek a proactive Business Analyst to turn goals into real change, working with operations, product, engineering and leadership. You will shape the business case, map current and future processes and translate needs into actionable solutions.

You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage requirements, support design, estimation and QA testing, and help ensure delivery that yields real business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Experience working with highly technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practice.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, the Microsoft suite, and Lucid.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate business requirements clearly for technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Scope and define business cases with ROI and metrics.
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritise requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Map current and future processes; design to-be workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and engineering to design solutions.
• Support QA testing and help establish test plans and defect triage.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops; manage stakeholder expectations.
