Job summary

St. George’s Nursery Group is seeking a proactive nursery leader to oversee daily operations, support and develop staff, and ensure EYFS safeguarding standards are consistently met.

You will lead a team, nurture high-quality childcare, and drive occupancy while maintaining a positive, child-centred environment. This full-time role offers progression and supportive development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• At least two years’ early years or other suitable experience.
• Experience leading and motivating a nursery team.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, professional and family-focused approach.

£2500 Welcome Bonus Available

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum + annual salary reviews and bonus opportunities
