Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a hands-on Copilot Studio Developer to build and develop AI solutions across the business. The role focuses on the technical development of Copilot agents, skills and workflows, with the organisation transitioning from Claude to Microsoft Copilot.

You will turn business requirements into tested, maintainable solutions and work closely with internal technical teams, contributing ideas for new use cases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience building Copilot agents, skills or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and grounding using Microsoft 365/SharePoint data.
• Power Automate/Power Platform experience with security and permissions.
• Experience turning business requirements into working AI solutions with testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and test custom Copilot agents, skills and workflows using Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Build document and presentation solutions, including an initial PowerPoint presentation agent and other identified use cases.
• Develop and refine prompts, instructions and grounding to ensure accurate and reliable agent outputs.
• Document solutions and support testing, troubleshooting and handover into production.
