Job summary

VIQU IT is seeking a hands-on Copilot Studio Developer to design, build and test Copilot agents, skills and workflows across the business. The role focuses on technical development of Copilot agents, prompts and grounding, interfacing with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience designing Copilot agents, skills or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and grounding of AI using Microsoft 365 / SharePoint data.
• Hands-on Power Automate / Power Platform experience and understanding of MS 365 security.
• Experience turning business requirements into working, maintainable AI solutions with testing and documentation.

• Build document and presentation solutions, including an initial PowerPoint agent and other use cases.

Copilot Studio Developer

We are looking for a hands‑on Copilot Studio Developer to build and develop AI solutions across the business.

The organisation is transitioning from Claude to Microsoft Copilot and already has a Copilot Consultant focused on adoption and business usage, so this role is purely focused on the technical development of Copilot agents, skills and workflows.

The successful contractor will take identified business requirements and turn them into practical, tested and maintainable solutions, while also contributing ideas for new use cases and working closely with internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and test custom Copilot agents, skills and workflows using Copilot Studio.
• Develop AI solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Build document and presentation solutions, including an initial PowerPoint presentation agent and other identified use cases.
• Develop and refine prompts, instructions and grounding to ensure accurate and reliable agent outputs.
• Document solutions and support testing, troubleshooting and handover into production.
