You will translate business requirements into secure AI-driven solutions, define governance standards, manage environments, and collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders on capacity planning, licensing, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and the Power Platform.
• Designing and building conversational agents, intents, topics, and AI integrations.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance posture within Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to interpret requirements for AI and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Build workflows with Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services.
• Define and enforce governance, standards, and policies for Copilot Studio.
• Administer the Copilot Studio environment, security, and monitoring.
• Advise on licensing, capacity planning, and cost optimisation.
• Deliver secure, well-governed solutions in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
