Job summary
InfoSec People Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Agent Developer to accelerate Microsoft Copilot adoption and enterprise AI capability within the construction and infrastructure sector. You will design, deploy and support AI agents, collaborate with business users, and establish governance, templates and documentation to enable scalable delivery across projects.

Qualifications
- Hands-on delivery experience building or supporting AI agents or copilots.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Strong documentation and governance process exposure.
- Experience with prompt engineering and conversational design.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy and maintain AI agents using Copilot Studio.
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation and templates.
- Support AI agent development lifecycle processes (design, test, deployment).
- Help establish governance, quality standards and controls.
- Monitor agent performance and cost, identify improvements.
- Deliver demonstrations and training to support AI adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
