Job Opportunity: Live-in or Daily Cook / Housekeeper in Altrincham, Cheshire

Our client is seeking an experienced Cook / Housekeeper to join a busy family home starting June/July 2024. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in cooking a variety of world cuisines, particularly Indian and Asian foods.

Responsibilities include:

1. Catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three family members and visiting guests
2. Menu planning
3. Maintaining a well-stocked kitchen
4. Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
5. Assisting the main housekeeper with light housekeeping tasks
6. Supporting laundry and ironing duties

The role offers flexibility, with a preference for live-in accommodation (own bedroom and bathroom), working Monday to Saturday with Sundays off. Live-out arrangements are also considered.

The salary is £42,000 gross per annum, based on a 6-day workweek (£650 net per week).
