What will I be doing?

  • Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Vacuuming rooms and corridors
  • Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities per guidelines
  • Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks
  • Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
  • Reporting missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring replacements or repairs
  • Ensuring all equipment in guest rooms and work areas is in working condition
  • Being environmentally conscious and disposing of waste properly
  • Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Carrying out lost property procedures
  • Assisting other departments as needed and maintaining good relationships
