Based near Heathrow airport.
Paying up to £30,000 per annum
Working hours: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, 3 days on and 3 days off, with continuous rolling rosters.

Job Description
h3>Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the smooth running of the kitchen and server area, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
2. Provide advice, coaching, and support to staff to maximize efficiency in catering services.
3. Coordinate daily kitchen and servery operations, allocate tasks, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
4. Prepare food cost-effectively, meeting dietary requirements and maintaining high standards for residents and staff.
5. Coach staff and residents to optimize performance, ensuring policies, legislation, and best practices are followed.
6. Monitor staff and resident performance, assist with searches if necessary, ensuring security and health & safety standards.
7. Maintain security by monitoring equipment, materials, and items at all times.
8. Keep accurate records, complete documentation, and proper labeling to meet standards.
9. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and servery areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
10. Handle routine queries promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure safety and welfare.
11. Receive, store, and manage supplies securely.
12. Identify and escalate incidents impacting the center's operations, safety, or welfare of residents, staff, and contractors.
