Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate and knowledgeable Cook with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently or in a small team
• Strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Cook in preparing the all-day dining menu, focusing on quality, health-conscious, and locally sourced ingredients
• Maintain food costs and inventory, organize tastings, ensure safety and standards, support team development, and assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience
