CONVEYANCING TEAM LEADER WANTED

Fabulous opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic conveyancing company, currently looking to expand organically due to significant client growth. You will need a proactive, can-do attitude, be happy to train and mentor your team, and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!

Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively communicate are a must!

You will need to have at least 5 years of case handling experience with a good level of exposure to all types of conveyancing files. Team Leader experience managing a remote team, along with the ability to lead and mentor your team of conveyancers, is essential. This role involves a minimal caseload.

This is a remote, work-from-home role, but if you prefer hybrid working, the company HQ is in Swansea, and they would love to see you in the office!

Salary is dependent on experience but up to £45k + generous bonus.
