TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a CLC-regulated law firm that’s redefining the conveyancing space through smart technology, streamlined systems, and a genuinely modern approach to legal services. With continued growth and a thriving pipeline of residential transactions, the firm is now looking for a Conveyancing Team Leader to head up a dynamic team of fee earners, paralegals, and support staff.

The Role:

As Conveyancing Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the conveyancing department, responsible for:

• Managing a small team of conveyancers and support staff, offering guidance, mentoring, and performance management

• Overseeing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction

• Acting as the go-to for escalations, complex matters, and technical support

• Supporting the Head of Department in workflow planning, process improvement, and maintaining CLC regulatory compliance

• Embracing and promoting the firm’s high-tech systems, helping the team work efficiently and effectively in a paperless environment

About You:

• A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant residential conveyancing experience

• Proven experience leading or supervising a conveyancing team

• Comfortable working in a technology-first environment with a focus on continuous improvement

• Confident handling a range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

• A natural team player with strong organisational, communication and client care skills
