Job summary

G2legal Middlesbrough is seeking a Conveyancing Team Leader to head a busy Residential Property department. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases, while supervising and developing a small team.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with around 8+ years' PQE and proven supervisory experience. The role offers a competitive salary (£42,000-£55,000) and a supportive team, with opportunities for career progression and

• Previous experience supervising or managing a small team.

• Commercial Property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy-to-let.
• Supervising, supporting and developing a small conveyancing team.
• Allocating work and ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
• Supporting the department with billing, compliance, client relationships and business development.

A well-respected Middlesbrough based law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Team Leader to join its Residential Property department.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or CILEX professional who enjoys running their own caseload but is also confident supervising others and helping drive the performance of a busy conveyancing team.
