Job summary

Walsh Employment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload within a respected law firm. The role focuses on delivering high-quality conveyancing services and supporting the growth of the Residential Property team.

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing is required, along with strong client care and the ability to handle a busy caseload

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• 2+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Knowledge of remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
• Experience working within CQS protocols preferred.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Experience mentoring junior team members beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters.
• Advising clients throughout the transaction process.
• Liaising with agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
• Assisting with business development and client relationship management.
