Job summary

CRA Consulting is assisting a long-established Sheffield law firm with a genuinely flexible residential conveyancing role. The majority of work can be done from home with occasional office attendance in Sheffield.

The role offers a salary £45,000–£65,000 depending on experience, genuine home-working, flexible hours, and a loyal client base providing quality instructions. A collaborative team and modern admin support accompany long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other transactions.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.
• Provide practical, commercial advice while maintaining high levels of client care.
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate.
