Sills & Betteridge LLP, based in Sheffield, seeks a Solicitor/Legal Executive (Conveyancing) to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently. You will provide clear, practical guidance to clients and maintain high standards of client care while working closely with support staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent and is comfortable handling own files with minimal supervision in a collaborative, progressive firm that values integrity and long-term

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with 5+ years PQE.
• Ability to manage own files with minimal supervision.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience in residential conveyancing.
• Collaborative mindset, with a progressive firm ethos.

ROLE: Solicitor/Legal Executive (Conveyancing)

LOCATION: Sheffield

SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 Depending on experience

HOURS: 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are looking to grow our Residential Property team in Sheffield with the addition of experienced Conveyancer who can confidently manage their own caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional who is confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.

You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload, covering all areas of residential conveyancing, including but not limited to:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues
• Contributing to team performance and service delivery

You will enjoy this role if you are:

• A qualified residential conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent
• Comfortable managing your own files with minimal supervision
• Focused on delivering a high-quality client experience
