Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

An established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its growing Residential Property team.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential conveyancing work

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other third parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional levels of client care.

The Candidate The successful candidate will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Have experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
• Be confident handling matters from instruction through to completion
• Possess strong client care and communication skills
• Be organised, proactive and capable of managing competing deadlines
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Have experience of leasehold, freehold and general residential property transactions
