G2 Legal in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload across freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity matters, delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX lawyer or experienced residential conveyancer.
• Proven ability to independently manage a residential property caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handling freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity matters.
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process.
