Job summary

Yorkshire law firm in Sheffield seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential sales and purchases, handling freehold and leasehold transactions and advising clients from instruction through to completion and post completion.

You will be a qualified solicitor with a proven track record in residential conveyancing, capable of working independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property sales and purchases.

A well established and respected law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancing Solicitor looking to manage a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases while working within a supportive and professional team.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own caseload and will deal with clients throughout the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion and post completion.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload of residential property sales and purchases
• Acting for buyers and sellers throughout the conveyancing process
• Handling freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
• Reviewing and advising on contracts, title documentation and property searches
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Liaising with Clients, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor with previous experience in Residential Conveyancing.

You will ideally have:

• Experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong experience dealing with both sales and purchases
• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
