Job summary

Simpson Judge Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal Executive to join its established property team. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build matters.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with around 5 years’ PQE, confident working with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Have around 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.
• Be confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Sales and purchases, Freehold and leasehold transactions, Transfers of equity, Remortgages, New build matters, Shared ownership and other residential property transactions.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients and maintain exceptional levels of client care.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless service.

Location: Sheffield (hybrid following probationary period)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE

An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to expand its Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive who is confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build matters
• Shared ownership and other residential property transactions

You will provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction, maintain exceptional levels of client care and work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless service.
