G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established property team in Doncaster or Lincolnshire offices. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, liaising with clients and third parties.

The role offers the opportunity to progress within a supportive firm, with career development, mentoring of junior colleagues and a strong client-care ethos. Doncaster area experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property.
• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• A good working knowledge of IT and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Doncaster or one of the firm's Lincolnshire offices
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday

A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.

This is a great opportunity for a residential property professional looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, work directly with clients and become part of a supportive and established team.

The Role

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Dealing with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
• Reviewing contracts, leases and title documentation
• Managing files and ensuring transactions progress efficiently
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients
• Building strong relationships with clients and other professionals

About You
